At Calm Collective, we want you to feel as good as you look. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items with all original tags attached and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
